This International Yoga Day, we invite you to pause — not to escape life, but to fully arrive in it.

Join a 35-minute guided yoga session (Beginner or Advanced), led by a certified master instructor.
Each ticket includes a health drink and plant-based snack
You’re invited to bring your own mat, an open heart, and no expectations.
The practice is yours. We’re simply here to hold the space.

✨ After your session, explore a curated selection of health and wellness stalls — offering thoughtful products, holistic guidance, and mindful tools to support your wellbeing.
🥗 And if you're staying for lunch, enjoy a variety of healthy, nourishing meals from local food vendors who care as much about balance as they do flavour.

Sessions are open to anyone aged 12 and above
Children under 12 are welcome to attend with a guardian, though they won’t be able to join the mat practice.
